Prime 4 looks artistically more interesting than those PS4 first-party games mentioned, but on a technical side. No, it's far inferior. Ikaruga still looks fantastic despite not even pushing 1 million polygons per second on hardware from 1998. Artistic direction can carry a game pretty far. I mean just look at Xenoblade X. Okami. Wind Waker. Zone of the Enders 2. Something like Halo Infinite already looks aged and bland. Give it a couple of years and Switch 2 will have games from 3rd party and first party beyond some PS4 stuff and def some XBO stuff. It just won't be realistic from Nintendo, but Monolith will push its boundaries like they always do.

I mostly agree.

I'm sure Nintendo will have some amazing games that may even surpass PS4one, even mega projects like RDR 2/LoUS 2. It's not the case now, but give It time.

About Artistic direction, yeah, good art can make some miracles. Sure the technical side can put a limit on things, but artistic direction can make some Very limited games shine, look at BoTW, hardware limitations are glaring, but game still looks good enough!

On note: i love Okami (thank good we will have Okami 2), and ZoE. I hope you liked Fires of Rubicon, damn good game on my book.
