The Nintendo stores criteria will definitely combat scalpers but ironically it would also combat me if I wanted to order there as I’m not sure my NSO sub has been concurrent for 2yrs 😥😅 it’s just playing the Stock Checker app waiting game now, managed to nab one from GAME the second they went live luckily.
