Southern evangelical grievance politics are the methamphetamine of the political world: the "dealers" strip the house bare while people are on a bender, and when they come down off of it, they're not only dealing with a hangover, they're dealing with a house that looks like a garbage dump and smells like someone has been free-basing cat piss.
