Normal microSD cards pretty useless in Switch 2?

1 TB is 149.99 on gamestop, yeah not cheap but better than 149.99 for a 512 GB version.

Cool, then prices for the Express cards will come down faster than expected.

Holding out for a couple of years is definitely the way to go, just like it was for Switch 1. The difference is that this time around it should be easier to hold out, because the internal storage is eight times as big while game files haven't grown by a factor of 8.

But as far as micro SD cards are concerned, sadly they are useless on Switch 2.
