Switch 2 Game Prices. Will it change how you purchase games?

I doubt I'll be getting a Switch 2 anytime soon, maybe in a year or two after launch if the price drops. Same with any games that launch. I have no problem waiting for their prices to drop before getting them, and if the prices don't drop then it just means I'll be getting fewer games for the system overall.
