The next 3D game after Tears of the Kingdom? Very little chance. The next new 3D Zelda will likely be a new Link with some new features and the developers need more than a 4 to 4 and a half-year turnaround for that. 

Shigeru Miyomoto once said that a delayed game is eventually good, while a bad game is bad forever. Duke Nukem Forever notwithstanding.
