Please tell me Nintendo has major creative control over the production. That's the reason we finally got a good Mario movie.

I still have a problem with imagining how the Zelda characters can remotely look believable in live action without feeling uncanny.

Also, a movie of this caliber telling of an epic tale kinda will need more than a short 2 hours movie to feel satisfying without them rushing parts. 

Actually, for some Zelda monsters, the uncanny valley could be an advantage. Imagine how much scarier ReDeads, Stalfos or Skulltulas can be in live-action. And of course, Ganon's final form, assuming he does that in the climax, it's kinda integral to him as a character.
