In terms of sheer realism, my pick for the top spot is between Dune Part 1 & 2, Avatar: Way of Water, and The Creator.
All three manage the difficult task of making the CG look genuinely naturalistic and believable instead of just like really good computer graphics.
The original Jurassic Park also stands out as holding up amazingly well for a more than 30 year old film and being a huge leap forward in its time, and the Lord of the Rings trilogy also blew my mind back in the day.
