Thats St Basil’s Cathedral, not the Kremlin. It’s right next to the Kremlin, sure but they are different buildings.

The overall architectural style of the Kremlin complex is very similar, including the Grand Kremlin Palace where Putin officially resides, and the bell tower of Ivan the Great. And for better or worse, it’s the most familiar part of the Kremlin/Red Square complex.
