Should PS, Nintendo and Xbox do written user reviews & player count numbers like steam?

Hard no for unqualified reviews - and by that I mean reviewers who haven’t played the game, don’t own the game, or have only played it for a few minutes - as these are often abused by review bombers who don’t review games based on their experience so much as some kind of activism or ideological drive, which undermines the whole system.
