Yes for user has verified completed the game or a certain level of progress - in the case of arena, sport, puzzle, and casual games that don’t have endings. And written reviews only, no scores, since scoring is a subjective scale.
Hard no for unqualified reviews - and by that I mean reviewers who haven’t played the game, don’t own the game, or have only played it for a few minutes - as these are often abused by review bombers who don’t review games based on their experience so much as some kind of activism or ideological drive, which undermines the whole system.
