Easily the SNES and Wii. But for me, personally, the Wii by far, as it's the system I bought the most launch year games for.
Apart from the games you listed:
Super Mario Galaxy
Zelda Twilight Princess
Metroid Prime 3
Wii Sports
Super Paper Mario
Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn
I also own and liked:
Godfather: Blackhand Edition
Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition
Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles
Scarface Wii
WarioWare: Smooth Moves
SSX Blur
Tiger Woods 08 (Tiger Woods 07 also came out during launch year)
Elebits
Trauma Center
Sims 2 Castaways
The Simpsons Game
Zack and Wiki
NiGHTs
Geometry Wars
Endless Ocean
Wii Fit* (Checked up on this one, it only came out launch year in Japan)
Wii U, Gamecube, and N64 were rife with droughts during their first year (and really most of their generation) - low numbers of releases, and even fewer games that weren't outdated or inferior ports.
The N64 especially, given it had literal months where no games released: for example, in Europe, Wave Race 64 launched April 29th 1997, the next game to launch on N64 was ISS64 June 1st. And if you think Europe had it bad, North America saw timespans of a month and a half without releases - for example, the next game to release after Doom 64 was War Gods, which came out 6 weeks and 2 days later. In fact, only 22 N64 games released for the entire first year in North America.
