Best use of gyro I've experienced thus far has gotta be in Sniper Elite 3/4 on Switch.

Holding your hands steady and carefully dialling in your aim then pulling off a tricky shot with pinpoint precision just feels incredible.

It's also very satisfying in the Splatoon games.
