It's such a stupid number that surely nobody is that dumb to believe it? Which makes me assume he got the number directly from Russian officials and calls into question his intentions, I mean, how could anyone possibly believe 4%? How dumb would you have to be? I don't know if I can name a single world leader who would have 4% and most of them would be getting dragged out of office at that point, Lol.

I bet it's a number which is about how many are 100% happy with everything Zelensky does. I mean, almost nobody would say you are 100% happy with everything the leader of your country does so that's the only thing I could believe. But that obviously doesn't mean you are against that person. Most who support someone would still say they are mostly happy or something like that.
