The conclusion I'm drawing from the news I've ready today is that Trump is really set out to deteriorate US strength against Russia and China, and I'm not sure whether it's isolationism or his stupidity (or both).

On another note, Trump really is a showman, because it's been like every other day that he manages to say something more stupid/outrageous than before. I wonder how long he can keep this up. I'm also half-seriously wondering whether it's a conscious choice to overwhelm everyone with notable news all the time.
