Kennedy doesn't matter, what did happen is that they tried to shut down USAID entirely because of these things they "found". I did watch that part of what Kennedy said I just don't care because what did happen is the administration said "too much woke stuff shut the whole thing down".

And if what happened was Elon did his idiotic little audit and then the congress went on to vote on how USAID funding should be used that would be fine. Instead we have a "contractor" according to you who is not only auditing these places but shutting them down without the authorization of the legislature. It's not how this shit is supposed to work but when the people who are supposed to execute the laws don't follow them themselves there's not a lot to do other than protest.

Transparency isn't listing things on Twitter you don't like that USAID does. When Elon publishes it all I'll give him some credit until then he's just trolling a giant list of grants and finding things he doesn't like to try and get the government shut down. It's a republican tactic as old as libertarians. If you don't want to argue about what they're actually doing then I guess we don't have to talk and I'll just assume you have no clue what you're talking about. Already said you don't live in the US and this is just funny to you so I should've taken that as a clue.

I actually found that exchange with the 25 year old's posts very telling. It showed that this administration doesn't mind if you're a racist. Very telling and illustrative.

You think Americans would be better of without an audit? An unconventional one this one is for sure, but that it is happening should be good no?

That it is an unconventional one should not come as a surprise with America choosing an unconventional President. I believe Trump was very clear about it during his campaign and seemingly most Americans agreed enough to vote him in.

Can't vote for illegal things even if you want them.

Or to be more accurate, you can vote for them but the people you vote in can't do them.

Also, just to keep adding things to this post: audits are not by definition good, they can be bad if done illegally or dishonestly (like this one)
