I really hope the corporations eat some of the tariff costs. It would be awful to pay 25% more for items from Canada and Mexico and 10% from China.
The USA is still the largest video game market (with China very close) so I hope we don't feel the full 10%. But it's not out of the question now for Switch 2 to be around $450 in the USA before any sales tax is added because of tariffs. That or Switch 2 will still be around $400 and other countries will be punished because of the USA's own meddling. PS5 has held steady in pricing in the USA (before these tariffs) yet Sony has raised the price in other countries.
