First, I'd give everyone who makes massive mistakes in the game database a week ban.

I would stalk everyone who was permabanned for good reasons and as soon as they crossed the line, I would permaban them again.

Then, I would ban anyone who copies my prediction in the prediction league.

Yes, this is why I'm not a mod, as I don't have the time to stalk 900 people. Although, if I cut that out, then the other two abilities would be great
