Mostly difficulty. If most people are saying a game is higher than about a 5/10 in difficulty and there's no way to make it easier, then I'm out. I would've probably never given the Soulsborne games a chance if I didn't play them in co-op and get them for cheaper than the launch price.
Also, upcoming games that require internet even for their single player. It's just stupid, and I would not buy these games unless they get a steep discount, and I'm interested enough.
