Primary Monitor: 27 inch, Curved, Quad-HD (2460x1440p), 1ms, 165HZ, IPS, HDR, FreeSync and HDMI/DP.
Secundary Monitor: 24 inch, Full HD (1920x1080p), 60 HZ, IPS, HDMI.

The only thing that could probably stop you from playing at 1440p High settings might be the RAM, since it requires 32GB, and you only have 16GB. But if the game turns out to be well optimized, I think you're fine.
