The Switch 2 Hands On Experience dates have been released by Nintendo and they probably give us a very good idea of when it's launching.

Starts on April 4th in New York City and ends April 25th in Toronto for North America.
Europe starts in Paris on April 4th and ends May 11th in Madrid
Tokyo is April 26-27.
The equivalent Switch 1 hands on experience ran through the first week of March 2017. So you're probably looking at a launch in late April to very early May.
