I played MS when I was a child in some friend house, and some years ago I got an everdrive for my old Mega Drive and I could not resist to test some MS games on it. Just because I could. Including the TecToy's "brazilian exclusive" games.
Obviously, some own-made TecToy games, are just... crap. No surprises. Then, sometimes you even could find a game reusing assets from other MS games, and bootlegs of another games changing the sprite of the protagonist, etc.)
BUT... i must say... trust me if I tell you: some of the Tec Toy GG conversions they did, are good, or even very good MS games. I know what I'm saying. I played lots of MS games in the 90s. I'm not a fucking youtuber with no idea.
And Tec Toy's Street Fighter II official self-made in-house port (GG never got the SFII), is a VERY GOOD 8bit port, better than the one Capcom did for the original GB (except, maybe, the music).
