Some people turn to psychiatry and narcotics, others to psychological therapy, still others to some form of a priest or a guru. But I consider myself lucky to have a tight group of friends who I’d like to give a shout out to: Johnny Walker Black, Alberta Premium, and the latest to the group: Reign Drops 15:15 - although, Reign Drops isn’t for everyone… in fact, some people report higher anxiety, but I find the presence of Reign Drops makes everything more relaxing, funny, and entertaining!
In all seriousness, medicinal whisky is nice to keep on hand for anxiety, a small sip (I’m talking like half the small side of a jigger) takes it away in about 2-4 minutes, and I’ve found a 70cl bottle can last anywhere from 6-12 months if you strictly keep it away from casual/celebratory usage.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
