Your example of a 3rd party game skipping ps4 because Sony wants more ps5 sales is ridiculous. First of all, it's a 3rd party games. Sony's not dictating if it has to be on ps4 or ps5. This comes down to the developer or publisher of said game. If you were right about Sony being worried about people not buying ps5s, they wouldn't have spent the first 2 years releasing their own 1st party games on ps4. Not to mention games release on the ps4 all the time, and will continue to in 2025.

I'm not going to address your other arguments because they are as asinine as this point.

All you do is shift your arguments around to make whatever point you are trying to make to defend Sony. Anyone who spends any amount of time reading your comments understands this .

Whilst it may technically be a third party game, Sony and Pocketpair entered into a partnership before it's release on PS5. It makes no sense why they put it on Xbone but not on PS4. PS4 sold twice as much as Xbone did and it's more powerful too. I believe part of the deal of their partnership was to not release it on PS4 to help with PS5 sales. There is no way of proving this theory, but again why release it on Xbone but not PS4?

They are a small indie developer. It would have taken longer to get a ps4 and ps5 port out instead of only ps5 since it's the platform they started development on after they released the PC and Xbox versions. The partnership is with Sony Music Entertainment for merchandising. It is about making non-video game products like toys. It has nothing to do with Playstation. The game was announced in 2021 so they likely started development on the Xbox One and then ported it to the Series X/S.
