Report really pads itself to get to a trillion. Basically just list a couple things that cost a million dollars and then says also we have to pay interest that's on the national debt of $900 billion. The rest is made up of a 90 billion dollar military thing. This is just a reminder that you can get rid of all the $10,000 grants to cabarets you want, it is not going to affect the budget.
