Halo Wars 2 (great game)
D4 (unique game, sad it never continued)
Killer Instinct (one of the best fighters last gen)
Ori 1 &2 (amazing)
Halo 5 (single player was underwhelming but multiplayer was great)
Gears 4&5 (not as good as the original trilogy, but still really good and multiplayer was great for both)
Forza Horizon 3&4 (amazing games and MS most successful IP)
Quantum Break (fun game with unique story telling)
Crackdown 3 (single player was as good as the previous games, multiplayer was trash)
Master Chief Collection (mess at launch, but by far the best game collection out there)
Sea of Thieves (great game)
Recore (fun game, nothing crazy)
Forza motorsport 5,6,7 (fine, not into Sims)
State of Decay 2 (never got into it)
Ryse (didn't finish it)
Battletoads (fun)
That's really it for exclusives.
By the end of the gen, the Xbox One had a decent number of really good games and some good niche stuff, but heavy hitters were thin. They couldn't get any home run new IPs like they have previously and their tried and true IPs weren't quite as good as before. Forza Horizon was Xbox's best and most successful IP they had last gen. They certainly tried with new IPs, but couldn't find great ones except for Sea of Thieves and some indies. They were so thin at 1st party studios at one point, it was their publishing arm keeping them afloat with any kind of consistency. At least 3rd party wasn't an issue, minus some niche games/indies, and some money hated stuff.
