The slim all black really helps it. I wish they'd done this.

The two tone was my biggest gripe. While I didn't think the PS5 was the best looking console ever, I thought the futuristic approach was pretty cool. The two tone makes it stand out a lot and makes it difficult to fit in and match an entertainment center. The fact you had to buy overpriced plates as extra to potentially accomplish that also rubs me the wrong way, at least when it comes to basic colors like black or grey. SNY at least understood this with PS3. PS5 should've had 3 main stock colors and the rest should've been additional extra's.

PS1   - ! - We must build a console that can alert our enemies.

PS2  - @- We must build a console that offers online living room gaming.

PS3   - #- We must build a console that’s powerful, social, costs and does everything.

PS4   - $- We must build a console that’s affordable, charges for services, and pumps out exclusives.

PRO  -%-We must build a console that's VR ready, checkerboard upscales, and sells but a fraction of the money printer.

PS5   - ^ -We must build a console that’s a generational cross product, with RT lighting, and price hiking.

PRO  -&- We must build a console that Super Res upscales and continues the cost increases.
