This.  People on VG are always under selling fps.  High fps results in more responsive and accurate controls.  It has gameplay benefits.

Resolution is overrated.  I have a 55 inch OLED for my PC.  1440p and 4k look the same.  The sweet spot is 1440p+60fps+High/ultra settings.
