What are you even on about? I never said it was a home console vs home console question.

This is a better reflection as it's aligned by generation.
As we can see from the years of 1996 (Nintendo 64 launch) until 2006 (Wii Launch) Nintendo was the loser.
Every other period that have been the leader in terms of total hardware units.

No it isn't a better reflection, the best reflection would be by year, and where we have it I used it, where we don't (or I don't have the values), I used the gens.

Anyway this is just not an interesting conversation, I recommend we get on topic.

1) You haven't gone by year. I have. Hence the breakup of the Gameboy and Gameboy Colour.
2) What is interesting is irrellevent, let's stick to facts and sort the bullshittery out.
3) It is on topic as we are discussing Nintendo's market-leader position and your ability to conflate numbers to reinforce already established biases.

If you truly wish to have a year-by-year break down, I did provide numbers directly from Nintendo which has yearly hardware numbers, so get to work making that graph.
