To be fair, if the Kremlin goes to war against the West, Kaliningrad will be one of the first parts of Russia defecting.

The original Prussian population has been mostly replaced though, nowadays the entire Königsberg province is 90% Russian

I'd see more resistance coming from regions where independentism is much larger, like Tatarstan, Chechnya, Sakha or Dagestan - though if it goes on a bit, then Königsberg will certainly join in on the fun. It will be more difficult for them however, as Russia has normally a rather sizeable military presence in the enclave.
