Kaliningrad, if I were Russian, I wouldn't want to live there right now. The hammer is going to fall heavy on that region.
But of course, if I were Russian, I wouldn't want to live anywhere in the current Russia Federation :D
To be fair, if the Kremlin goes to war against the West, Kaliningrad will be one of the first parts of Russia defecting.
