If Sony makes a PS6 Junior that's a small leap from PS5 Pro but still releases a PS6 that's well above a PS5 and PS5 Pro, that's cool.
Even then, they should not have the mandate Microsoft has for all titles to run on Series X and S. The S is a bottleneck sometimes.

Nintendo has largely been kooky for a lot of their history even when their home consoles were on par in specs to the competition. Also, Nintendo has a history of handhelds. That makes Nintendo's lack of power more acceptable.
PlayStation and Xbox lacking power especially if you don't have two choices of power levels feels wrong.
