If we're including kaiju films then Minus One is my #1 pick by far; absolutely amazing film, from the poignant human story to the epic effects sequences, it's a masterpiece through and through.

I'm almost sure it's not supernatural right? I mean they don't delve into the science but the nukes cause... oh wait, he has nuke breath lol. This is stretching it but I'm let it slide. It's definitely a disaster film in my book.
