Don't want to dissapoint you, but MGS4 is currently around 2 million sold. You're on a sales site, might as well use the data.
I think you're overestimating the size of FF in Others.

3-4 million opening week worldwide with ltd sales of 10 million. i think thats quite possible. the ps3 install base will be very good indeed after 2008
eh, what? We have seen close to nothing about FF13 and you say it will be one of the best games ever. Based on what?
10 million is totally not realistic. It will need about 3 million Japanese sales for that, which will mean an attach rate around 100% by the time FF13 releases.
First week of 3-4 million is GTA-level, which in all honesty FF cannot hope to achieve.
