I'm fighting Ishin right now and in phase 2 and 3 I can't take his full spear combo or my posture breaks and then I can't mikiri his perilous attack or I'm left open to it, I have to doge once at least once on NG+. |

You can watch his sekiro boss montage videos he's extremely skilled and makes fights look like a anime. There might be level up mod that comes with that boss fight since he is so op.
