The answer is simple : no . Sony would have been relying 90% on 3rd party , while in best case Nintendo would have in ~ 60% . 3rd party developers would have migrated to the PSone even if Nintendo would have been friendlier with them . PC could have secured more exclusives , but again it would have been to late to the party , because Sony would have had more then a year already ...
