It seems pretty odd that the PS2 in its final fiscal year outsold its prior fiscal year especially when PS2's final fiscal year only had the PS2 selling for 9 months since it discontinued before 3 months before the FY ended, which is why I'm skeptical that it actually hit the 160M figure and makes me believe Jim Ryan said 160M as a number to round up too rather than actual confirmation.
