Xbox would have declined regardless due to Microsoft's PC policy that had already rendered Xbox semi-obsolete. I don't think it has anything to do yet with their PS5/Switch support. There will of course be some damage from that, but I think it'll be more gradual than immediate.

PC is destroying Xbox and hurting Playstation hardware sales. So much that even if Xbox hypothetically exists console hardware, Playstation could very well still decline.

Except this happened last month:

"The Xbox Series X|S is the only console to see growth year-over-year with sales up in the double-digit percentage range."

Let's see how much things have changed for this month.

But many other factors go into this. Not sure what caused it to increase YoY last month, perhaps PS5 being suddenly available in large quantities in January 2023 contributed to weak Xbox sales then. And February 2023 had Hogwarts Legacy releasing, which means a Feb YoY decline was highly probable regardless of what MS did.
