You jumped into the mix also with an assumption. Turns out your assumption was right, but also as I have said several times by now, I was skeptical at that point because the whole misunderstanding could have been cleared up with a confirmation or a simple statement much earlier. Either way, between that and your self-appointed role as arbiter of who does and doesn't deserve respect on VGC, you're in the Trump tier of god complex when you're really more like The Joker.

Seriously, who the hell are you to decide who deserves to be treated in what way? This isn't preschool, and you aren't some shepherd that needs to guide your flock of children down the right path of personal development. Norion and Don are both grown ass men who can speak for themselves. The former was just as instrumental in the path that our argument went down, but he at least has the awareness to self-reflect, the maturity to own his part and the willingness to extend an olive branch. I don't need your self-appointed arbitration, that kind of person wins respect himself. The latter, as far as I know, does not.

I am not going to pretend that I never jumped the gun when addressing someone, however, when I went wrong, I didn't drag it out for around ten posts before I started making concessions.

Did you have a troll suddenly leaping out from under a bridge blindsiding you at the first opportunity when you jumped the gun? Did the troll then raise the other person's hand along with their own and start declaring winners because that's all they care about? Did the troll then keep going on and on about likes and popularity contests like its high school or Twitter before finally showing some degree of rationality about the matter himself?

I stopped bringing up F-Zero and all that other stuff because I stopped caring about that part at that point and your argument was sound. That's why I said you won. Because ultimately, that's all you want to hear. It doesn't matter what the subject is about, you want to roll around with the other party in the mud until you're the last one standing. This newfound sense of moral highstanding is a farce; you just want someone to mudwrestle with you, and you found that partner in me once again. Like I said, I've been on this site long enough to know when I'm being gaslighted by its biggest troll.

However, I do thank you for saying that part out loud. Not gaslighting, but admitting that you just want to go back and forth endlessly in a public space for no reason.

So I made an assumption that turned out to be correct by your own admission. Doesn't sound bad then.

I've experienced much worse on this site than what you are going through here and it should be clear that most of this is here is your own fault when you keep being upset that I joined a discussion with a correct assumption, which by the way is something that everyone is allowed to do on a public forum. You were given the choice of how (or if) you want to end this here, you chose once again to fight and at the same time you are upset that the fight continues.

What do you hope to achieve here? That people view me as the most toxic user on VGC? How is this supposed to happen with the behavior you put on display.
