Idk what they construction is by the NBC Universal Office Building, I was speculating a DK Country Expansion, but I don't know. That's just my thoughts.

The info regarding Universal Japan is also a thought if they wanted to expand further.
The info regarding Epic Universal is correct, and the other expansions are speculation.

Ok. Nobody said they can't move their offices to new buildings.

I know it's not a major Nintendo IP, but maybe Super Nintendo World could have an Ice Climbers ice cream parlor. There would at least be lots of guests who know them from Smash at least.
