Idk what they construction is by the NBC Universal Office Building, I was speculating a DK Country Expansion, but I don't know. That's just my thoughts.

The info regarding Universal Japan is also a thought if they wanted to expand further.
The info regarding Epic Universal is correct, and the other expansions are speculation.
