Hardware? We'll get a PS6, and probably a PS7. We might even get a PS8, but that's not as likely.
As a brand? A minimum of another 30 years, and more like 50 or more.
Even when they're done with their standard hardware, I'm sure they'll make some PS2, PSP, PS3 minis and such. And we might get some of these before they bow out of new platforms. Once they've stopped making standard hardware, games will still come but on PC and mobile.
Atari has whimpered for decades now but hasn't entirely gone away. Yeah, the corporation itself died and was reborn, but the brand never fully left.
Xbox will bow out of standard hardware before PlayStation, I think. They're so into PC and cloud gaming that I don't see them clinging to consoles as long, especially because they're not as popular as PlayStation.

PS5: 122 million (was 105 million, then 115 million) Xbox Series X/S: 38 million (was 60 million, then 67 million, then 57 million. then 48 million. then 40 million)

Switch 2: 120 million (was 116 million)

PS4: 120 mil (was 100 then 130 million, then 122 million) Xbox One: 51 mil (was 50 then 55 mil)

3DS: 75.5 mil (was 73, then 77 million)
