Does anyone have sales data for any of the games? VGChartz only has sales data for Silent Hill 1 out of the entire series, and it's only resting at 300k.

The survival horror genre just seems more niche, since not everyone likes buying these types of games.

 

One of the benefits of moving a game like this to a Nintendo platform is that it creates hype. This Fatal Frame has far more hype than any of the previous ones, due to the Nintendo fanboys wanting survival horror games. It will definitely sell more than any of the previous ones.
