Hey guys. I feel like writting something here.

So, I'm 31 years old, so I'm a gamer from the late 90s, when the SNES, the PS1 and the Genesis were my childhood systems. Today, as a Grown up, and having more ways to play games, I feel like we're having quite a nice gaming era.

The PS5, Series X/S and Switch (PC games as well) are releasing some very solid titles. It looks like every company is trying their best. Just look at that:

Nintendo fans are very pleased with the Switch. They just got the new The Legend of Zelda game, one of the best in the series according to them. And Super Mario Bros. Wonder is just around the corner together with a remake for Super Mario RPG. It was a great recovery from the Wii U.

Sony fans got Final Fantasy XVI early this year, and Spider-Man 2 is approaching. Also, not that far ago they had God of War: Ragnarök, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, and the very anticipated remake for Final Fantasy VII.

Microsoft fans just got Starfield, probably one of the most hyped games from the gen. Also, the Series X seems to be a huge improvement over the Xbox One. Forza Horizon 5 was very well received, and Forza Motorsport is looking better and better with each teaser. GamePass is helping a lot too.

And the future is looking kinda promising. A couple of strong titles are on the work. I can't wait for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, PRAGMATA, Alan Wake 2 (finally), Final Fantasy XVI on PC...

So yeah, maybe i'm just too excited, but I think we're living a very healthy time for gamers overall. Do you agree, or am I exaggerating?
