Steam Deck’s battery life is bad because it uses a CISC based chipset, which isn’t as power efficient as Switch’s RISC based architecture. So Switch 2 could conceivably be more powerful while having a smaller battery, and end up with a longer battery life.

Yeah I don't see battery life being a major concern. At worst it should at least be similar to the original Switch model at launch.
