A recent poll showed that even though a lot of GOP actually do believe Trump is guilty of federal crimes, they will still vote for him as president. Every indictment is a way to pad those coffers tough the documents case did not get the same level of support as the New York case. Should be interesting to see how this one will fare and if the Georgia case also get green lit. |
Well, Biden doubled Trump's fundraising totals last quarter despite all that, so I'm not particularly worried about Trump getting a funding boost off of a third indictment. It really speaks to the sickness in this country that such an obviously, cartoonishly corrupt and incompetent man can still have a real shot at the presidency, though.
