If Nintendo can avoid any sillyness with naming or messaging, their next console will do fantastic... It's an issue that Microsoft keeps finding itself in.

Xbox Original > Xbox 360 > Xbox One > One S/X and then Series S/X. Extremely convoluted naming with what should be the Xbox 4 and 4 Pro.

With them only supporting one platform now and their employee count increasing droughts should be avoided going forward thankfully. For the Xbox part I actually think they should've called the current Xbox the Xbox 5. They'd skip a number to match Playstation and since the previous ones weren't properly numbered it'd work out well.
