I was someone who almost exclusively gamed on Nintendo for a long time until I get a PS4 Pro in 2019. I got a PS5 in 2022. There's no real reason for me to get a PS5 Pro unless it has SSD functionality similar to the Xbox Series. After my M2 died after 8 months of use, I'm not in the mood to fiddle with another one.
Even then, paying $400-$600 just to have some better specs and potentially a better storage situation is still a tall order.
