Go to Settings>Accessibility>Controllers>Custom Button Assignments>Enable Custom Button Assignments (ON) and then Customise Button Assignments.

Then just change the R1 for O.

The layout on the Screen game won’t change obviously, so when a cinematic dodge/evasion button appears on screen (R1), remember to press O instead, you’ll get used to at some point, I did it quickly. 

Also, Circle is the going back button in the UI system so that will become R1 too for obvious reasons. 

I can't find these accessibility options. I go to settings, but there is no 'accessibility' sub category. And when I go to 'Controllers' there's just Type A, B, or C, no option to customize.
