If Nintendo waits a long time for a Switch successor, what do you think will happen?

They are porting mortal kombat 1 to switch. Aside from zelda most Nintendo games aren't really looking to push graphics like most AAA developers.

That is true but I think it depends on what the hardware pushes in terms of physics, loading, etc.  The current switch could be limited by something other than graphics.

The main portion of Elden is superb.  The "off the beaten path" optional stuff was garbage.  So I liked it, 7 out of 10 for me, but I didn't think it deserved the praise it got.  Demon and Dark 1 and 3 are much better.  Personal preference but I loathe lazy filler in games.  Elden had a lot of fluff.
